How to we get the keys?
We offer a meet and greet service, the details of which will be given during the week(s) before, if arriving late-the keys will be in a key safe on site.
Other arrangements can be made if this isn’t possible – we can leave them at the reception desk.
Any lost keys will be charged for.
What time can I arrive and leave?
Arrival time will be 3:30pm or after on the arrival date (always Friday or Saturday unless special arrangements have been made).
Departure time will be no later than 10:00am (always Friday or Saturday unless special arrangements have been made).
This period is to allow our cleaners to visit and clean and check the caravan before your arrival.
~BREAKING GOOD NEWS;
We have just added short breaks to our ever growing list of holiday dates available:
*Now available Fri to Mon and Mon to Fri short breaks, These short holiday breaks start at £295.00 per short break for the all of May and June 20178 and include all the complimentary items and touches all the other weekly breaks have too.

What do I need to bring (Housekeeping)?
We provide almost everything and a bit more. For reasons of personal hygiene,
WE provide all bedding including bottom sheets, pillow cases and duvet covets.
You will need to bring your own top sheets for the beds you will be using if necessary, and towels, tea towels and your own soaps.
Other consumables like toilet rolls and dish wash cloths will be there when you arrive, but we ask that you replace any rolls that have been used up during your stay.
Can I bring my pet?
No – unfortunately we don’t allow pets in the caravan due to allergy and hygiene reasons.
How about smoking?
There is a no smoking rule inside the caravan due to the law– you can smoke around the outside and on the patio area,
but we ask you tidy up all your cigarette ends before you go home. Please don’t drop any cigarettes onto the patio area, veranda decking or steps, - don't forget that any damages must be paid for. Any unwanted smoking in the caravan will incur extra cleaning charge.

''We’ve broken a couple of glasses''…
Accidents do happen.
All we ask is that you clean up any mess and safely dispose of the broken item.
Please let us know if this happens so they can be replaced for the next hirer.
*If you happen to break or damage anything more substantial please do inform us as soon as you possibly can, so we can make arrangements to get it fixed or replaced. Large breakages or damages will possibly incur charges to the bond you paid for at the start of the holiday, discretion will be used in deciding if this will happen.
DO WE PROVIDE PARK PASSES?
Site entertainment passes are not included. These can also be ordered and purchased directly from us or Primrose Valley Holiday Park reception.
1,The caravan is intended for the use by a maximum of 6 persons (adults and children included) and this number must not at any time be exceeded.
2, The caravan is available to rent by families and responsible adults. The hirer must be 25 years or holder and must remain present during the whole period of occupancy.
3, It is a policy of the HAVEN park that the caravan cannot be let to;
a) Parties whose members are all under the age of 18 years of age
b) Single sex groups of any age
4, The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form (maximum 6 people)
